Job Description
Required skills & experience (the 5 “must-haves” to be considered):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Systems, or a related field required
At least 5 years of experience in healthcare with a strong interest/background in technology and operations
Embraces and thrives on change – both experiencing and delivering
Demonstrated record of success in performance delivery, optimization, project management, implementation, and diverse operational projects across departments/businesses
Deep understanding of process design, build, and integration with the ability to measure and manage scoped change, thus ensuring value of the project is delivered
Experience with process improvement and change management is required.
What you need to know:
* Defining and building Enterprise Operations' Technical Delivery & Optimization program infrastructure
* Operating as Business Owner for technology-driven initiatives designed to facilitate optimization of the core business and encourage adoption of technology across the enterprise and all lines of business
* Defines and tracks KPIs, creates enterprise roadmaps and dependency mappings (project + workflow), creates risk and issue logs, designs custom operational impact assessments, and executes gap analyses to assess lessons learned and opportunities for optimization
* Translates operational enhancement requests into business cases with clear priority and ROI, and collaborates with Product & Engineering (Software / Data / DevOps) on size, scope, cost, timelines, and technical delivery
* Consults on scalable growth strategies for the organization to ensure the product portfolio and infrastructure stay on-trend with evolving HIT industry standards
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Health Services, Marketing, Compliance, Network, and Field teams pre-implementation to deliver the strategy to launch new technologies and software capabilities.
* Assist in the creation of the strategic implementation plan for new technologies and capabilities – from crafting the value proposition to garnering buy-in across users and stakeholders.
* Manage launch plans for new technology and technical optimization program initiatives.
* Work with business and operational leaders from executive-level down to end-users on operationalizing new product/software enhancements, builds, and capabilities.
* Partner with Learning & Development and Clinical Training to ensure appropriate initial education and continued development of optimization program.
* • Attend due diligence, planning, training, support, and optimization initiatives for technical implementations.

* Facilitate communication, ex*****on, and reporting of project progression and deliverables from implementation through post-adoption.
* Manage project workstream and working group communication and deliverables for both new initiatives and optimization efforts to ensure expected operational performance per tool development and adoption.
* Execute Enterprise Operations deliverables from cross-departmental working sessions, Steering Committee meetings, business development implementation efforts.
* Coordinate creation of operational analytics supporting performance metric expectations, including facilitation of operational impact assessments.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
