We’re hiring for an experienced finance professional to join a busy heavy construction subcontractor team to oversee day-to-day financial operations and works closely with field teams, project management, and senior leadership.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage A/R & A/P
• Lead monthly billing (including progress billings & AIA applications)
• Maintain the general ledger & prepare regular financial reports for the COS

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years construction accounting experience
• QuickBooks + Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of lien waivers, insurance requirements, and project-based accounting
• Notary Public License

Compensation & Benefits:
$85K–$110K Base ++DOE
