When you find yourself too busy to complete an errand or task, or are not able to find the time to fit it into your day. We send out one of our "Runners" to complete the task. **There are a few ways to do this, they are: Phone Call: The Most Popular, Most Efficient Way. Have a task which needs immediate response? Give our toll-free number a call and speak to one of our "TaskReps". They will take down your information, task that needs to be completed, then send out the appropriate runner for the job. Email: For tasks in the near future. Let's say you know there are a few things in the near future you need to get done, but do not see anytime to complete them. This service is perfect for you. Email our "INeedARunner" with full detail on the task you need to have done. We will make sure that specific date & time is set aside for the appropriate Runner to complete. Text Message: Yes, you can Text us! This will be for all tasks which are to be completed "on the go". We will have a special texting service which allows the user to send all their information and task needs to our database via SMS message. Once the task is completed, you will receive a notification text saying so. "Okay, I've submitted my Task. Now what?" Once a customer has submitted a task via one of the three ways, it will be sent to our TaskDatabase where a TaskRep can send out the appropriate Runner. Runner's will be given the information regarding the task needed to be done and the customer who submitted it. The Runner will meet the customer wherever he or she may be (at work, home, class, etc.) to gain the relation, assume the objects needed for the task (dry-cleaning, car to be cleaned, etc) and collect the fee agreed on by the TaskRep and customer. Once the Runner has completed the task, the customer will either A) receive a confirmation phone call or B) confirmation text or email stating their task has be completed. After that, the customer has the option to either call/email their experience with the Runner and give a satisfaction rating of 1 to 4 stars. **Pricing & Connection between Customer and Runner *Pricing will vary depending on the Task & time needed to complete the task. This service is unique in which the customer gets to choose the price they find appropriate for the Task needing to be completed. *The minimum amount to send one of our Runners out is $25. Most tasks can be completed within the $25-$50 range. *Any tasks that requires any sort of compilation from the Runner, will be reimbursed by the customer with proper receipt and documentation. Example: (Picking up dry-cleaning, purchasing dog/cat food, tolls, etc.) *No other fee will be applicable, after the above stated. *How payment works: Here is the list of payment methods, varying on which vendor you choose to have accept your Task. - PayPal (the easiest, and safest way you make your payment) - CODs/COAs [Cash On Delivery // Cash On Arrival] **LEGAL** - Each Runner is under legal contract and is carefully selected and background checked before employment with TaskRunners NYC. - Each task is thoroughly screened before acceptance. Any task that TaskRunners NYC feels would interfere with State Laws and/or the Runner well being will be flagged and ignored. - Any personal belonging/items that are returned after the specified time of Task is not of responsibility to TaskRunners, LLC.
