Sold out! Great evening of high level jazz/rock fusion at the Blue Note New York with Simon Phillips & Protocol 6 featuring Alex Sill, Ernest Tibbs, Otmaro Ruiz, and Phillip Whack! It was also an epic after show hang with luminaries, Stanley Clarke, Adam Holzman, Gene Lake, Jane Getter, and Nir Felder as we tried to fit as many people in the dressing room as possible! The band returns to the Blue Note Tuesday night and then they end the East coast leg of the tour at Keystone Korner in Baltimore, and then it's off to the West coast for shows in Phoenix, Santa Cruz, Oakland, Seattle and Los Angeles. Good times!

In the most highly anticipated Jazz tour of 2026 celebrating Miles Davis 100th birthday centennial, The "We Want Miles!: The 2026 Reunion Tour,” features: Marcus Miller/electric bass and bass clarinet; Mike Stern/guitar; Bill Evans/tenor saxophone; Mino Cinelu/percussion, and also including, Russell Gunn/trumpet; Brett Williams//keyboards; and honoring the late, great, Al Foster, Anwar Marshall/drums! As usual Europe gets the bulk of the tour dates, but you can also catch the band in San Francisco, September 24-27 at SFJAZZ! This has been an epic tour!
