I'm glad to see so many posts about International Women's Day, highlighting so many women that may sometimes not be in the spotlight.
When starting , and wanted to make it a place where anyone would want to work - regardless of gender.
So far, we think we're doing a good job.
We're currently 33.3% female, although probably an unfair stat, as Sophie was not only our first female employee, but also our first employee full stop.
We value everything that Soph brings to the table as an employee, and am really looking forward to seeing her develop into a future leader of our business as we grow over the coming years, and with it, helping us to develop more women into brilliant recruiters, just like she is.
