A tray comes back from the OR. Here is everything that happens before it goes back in.

First it hits decontam. Cleaned and disinfected, manual and mechanical, before anyone else handles it.

Then inspection. Checked for damage and residue. If something is off, it does not move forward.

Then assembly. Built into a set for a specific procedure, counted, exact.

Then sterilization. Into the autoclave, cycle monitored, results documented.

Then storage. Tracked, rotated, held in the right conditions until a surgeon needs it.

Five steps, every single tray, every single day. Hospitals, outpatient clinics, dental offices, device manufacturers. All of them run on it.

Most people have never heard of this job. That is exactly why the field is hiring.
