Part-time position - Construction Administrator. Would like person to work 3 days/week with possible opportunity to move into full-time. Days could be flexible. $25-35/hour. MUST have the following....

* Proven experience as a Construction Administrator
* Familiar with construction-related documents, including contracts, insurance, permits and G702/703 Forms.
* Must have good computer skills; construction management software a plus.
* Must be highly organized and able to multi-task.
