We are a work from home based company looking to hire agents to provide customer service support to a variety of clients.
Our agents choose from a number of big brand clients to provide customer support from the comfort of their homes.
Some positions include making travel arrangements for a cruise, roadside assistance, patient intake for health care providers,
scheduling transportation for patients for providers visits, just to name a few.
Responsibilities
-Participate in training and certification courses
-Provide customer service by guiding and helping others with friendly attitude.
-Answer a high volume of inbound calls (NO COLD CALLING) to provide customer service.
-Able to commit for a minimum of 15 hours per week
Standard Qualifications Requirements
-Must be 18+
-Must be US residence
-Must be authorized to work in US
-Must reside OUTSIDE OF ANY OF THESE STATES :
California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New York, or Wisconsin
-Must have a quiet home office with computer, USB headset with microphone, and reliable hard wired internet connection.
-Must be willing to submit to a standard background check, drug screen, technology check, and voice assessments.
-Must demonstrate professionalism with excellent typing, communication, and computer skills.

-Cpu i5 (or equivalent) i7 recommended
-NO ATOM, CELERON, PENTIUM, OPTERON PROCESSORS.
-CHROMEBOOKS, IPADS OR SIMILAR DEVICES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
MUST BE A DESKTOP(RECOMMENED) OR COMPATIABLE SYSTEM LAPTOP
-Internet Download Speed 5Mbs minimum
-Upload speed 3Mbs minimum
-Network Latency max 250 MS latency max
-Operating system windows 10(64bit)
-Ram 4GB required for some clients 8GB recommended
-Ethernet cord you can connect to computer NO WIFI HARD WIRED CONNECTION ONLY.
