I am looking for sales reps to work virtually to help assist our members. Looking for highly motivated self driven individuals that are COACHABLE!!! Looking for people high energy, competitive, self driven, aspire to be in leadership, want to grow, and have passion in helping people. Business athlete mindset.

Some insight on our company; we handle all of the permanent benefits for Unions and Associations in the midwest. We work with teachers, firefighters, police officers, nurses and other union based organizations.

Responsibilities include:
-Help facilitate benefits through union/association members
-Determine eligibility for new members
-Respond to service requests
-Provide excellent customer service to our members
-Help and assist with application process
Below I have listed the requirements for this position:
-Bacherlor's degree preferred (but not required)
-Customer service experience preferred (but not required)
-Excellent communication skills
-Basic computer skills
-Ability to multitask
-Must adhere to ALL company regulations and ethics.
