I am a Search Specialist!

A few years ago, a Tax Partner from the 56th largest CPA firm in the nation called and retained our firm to find them a Tax Partner from a Big 4 tax firm for their Naples, Florida office. They had used 16 contingent CPA firm recruiting firms for 2 years, without finding one candidate that they were interested in hiring.

We found them a former EY Tax Partner that they wanted to hire in one day! We filled the position with a National Tax Manager from one of the other Big 4 tax firms. This was our 1st of many CPA firm Searches that we completed!

They called me in March, right before the shutdowns. In 4 days I had 4 people that they wanted to hire! They hired 2 of them and we have 4 more that they are interested in hiring after 3 more weeks of recruiting. There is a cost to working with poor recruiters who are affordable!
