Qualifications:
Prior Mig & Tig Welding experience/certification
Must be able to read, write, and understand English
Good hand dexterity
Must have own welding helmet/gear

Skills:
Ability to do Mig & Tig Welding
Ability to use basic hand tools
Ability to understand blueprints/written work instructions
Ability to read a tape measure

In this role, you will be welding stainless steel EVS carts, wringers, and seamless buckets for a variety of industries. This is a full-time temporary to permanent position with excellent benefits upon hire in.

Machine Builder, $24-$28/hour – 1st Shift – Spring Lake

Are you MOTIVATED for continuous improvement? We have the company for you! Hire in ability after 520 hours worked!!

Preferred Qualifications:
• Assemble machinery using verbal instructions, blueprints, and photos.
• Common knowledge of shop tools and operations including hand tools, drilling, tapping, saw cutting, grinding, precision instruments, and measuring devices.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints associated with manufacturing.
• Ability to disassemble machinery, clean, and reassemble in a timely manner.
• Ability to align Machines and Tooling preferred.
