Position Overview:
As an Online Casino Chat Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience. You will provide support via chat, manage interactions on social media platforms, and help in customer acquisition. This is a target-based role with a competitive salary package and commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Chat Support: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a high level of service.
Social Media Engagement: Manage and engage with customers on various social media platforms, addressing inquiries and promoting our services.
Customer Acquisition: Assist in identifying and attracting potential customers through proactive engagement and targeted strategies.
Document Interactions: Accurately log and track all customer interactions, issues, and feedback in our CRM system.
Problem Resolution: Provide effective solutions to customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team or department.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with promotions, game offerings, and industry trends to provide accurate information and support.
Meet Targets: Achieve individual and team targets related to customer engagement and acquisition.
Qualifications:
Excellent English Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and clearly with customers.
Customer-Oriented: A genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using chat platforms, social media tools, and CRM systems.
Sales and Marketing Skills: Ability to engage with customers and promote services effectively.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling customer interactions and documenting issues.
Reliable Internet Connection: Stable and high-speed internet connection for remote work.
Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work 8-hour shifts in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the online casino or gaming industry.
Familiarity with social media management and customer acquisition strategies.
Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: Starting at $110 Monthly.
