How nice would it be if we could schedule when the stressful days end?
Or how the long the challenging parts of our lives will last?
What a dream it would be if we could plan for the exact moments that our lives would be flipped upside down and then return back to normal.
Managing stress would be that much easier because we could push for the better days. We could know exactly how much energy we would need to get through the sh*tty times.
But reality is: that’s not reality.
And in the last 30 days, I have learned how quickly life can change.
How quickly you can go from your highest to your lowest—from your most confident to your most concerned.
But while we cannot control the highs and lows of our lives, and when they will choose to show up, we can control how well we can show up for them.
We can use our highs to plan for our lows, to set our bodies, minds, and souls up for success to handle when work and life gets flipped upside down.
And we can do this through mindfully healing our gut through food and stress management practices. I have seen this true in my own life and am so excited to continue sharing what I’ve learned with you.
