AI is powerful, but human capability still determines how valuable it becomes.

For XA, that matters because we are talking to people building careers in technology and beyond. We do not want them thinking that using AI powered tools, automation, copilots, or intelligent systems replaces foundational skills. We want them to understand that AI amplifies what you already know.

Someone who understands networking can use AI to troubleshoot faster. Someone who understands IT support can use AI to summarize tickets, surface knowledge, or research an issue. Someone who understands cybersecurity can use AI to analyze information, but still needs the knowledge to recognize risk, bad recommendations, or missing context.

Calling all Michiganders trying to break into IT for the first time. 👋

We know getting that first opportunity can be difficult. That is why we are working with local workforce partners to provide a no cost training option for eligible candidates preparing to enter the IT field.

Funding is based on eligibility, and applicants must complete our selection process, but we welcome anyone interested to apply.
