Its 2021, and tables have turned... employers, the same treatment you've been dishing out to job candidates for decades, has come to haunt you. Dont treat people like this... just remember, you yourself are an employee as well, and you hated it when employers would ghost you after a job interview. Dont think that just because you are on the hiring side today, doesnt mean that you wont be a job candidate again in the future. Dont do it to others. Be respectful and responsive to job candidates. This is almost comedic!

Employers.... Its a VERY TIGHT LABOR market out there. There is virtually no candidates out there. You have to do everything you can to make your business stand out, just to get a tiny chance of peaking the interest of a job seeker. Just like the real estate market, you need to:

1) Move fast on any viable inventory that comes on the market
2) Put your best foot forward and offer the best package as possible (this includes REMOTE work benefits)
3) Offer your HIGHEST and BEST offer the FIRST TIME!!
4) Cross your fingers and hope that the candidate (seller) accepts your offer

And of course, contact us for help finding the very few candidates that are out there. We look under rocks to find these candidates, because thats what it takes in this labor market.... and your company doesnt have the time for that. Dont be cheap, this is what it takes... Alot of time and money to find these very few available candidates.
