Recently, one of the pioneer engineers from the optical industry asked me what grounds I had for asserting that controlling light could transmit emotion. They questioned my position from a cold, clinical perspective backed by scientific metrics. However, even though light is measured in nanometers, our search extends far beyond the visible electromagnetic spectrum.
LVX is a company made by artists, for artists. It is the fruit of years of passion and the convergence of multiple disciplines: poetry, painting, philosophy, and the humanistic arts, uniting within a single body to give birth to Cinema. We do not seek technical perfection; our true pursuit is one of sensitivity, soul, and a process of trial and error. This is an optical tailoring house, an artistic workshop, and an experimental ground. Our processes verge on the rudimentary, yet they yield revealing results, always guided by intuition and a profound sense of purpose.
Today, we are deeply thrilled to announce that we have completed the first prototypes of our debut collection. This release pays homage to a mythical and miraculous figure who, in an archetypal and symbolic way, has profoundly shaped my life from a deep, lived epistemological experience.
This is not only our first 100% locally produced line, but also our first anamorphic collection. Stay tuned, as we will be sharing more images soon.
