Gratitude and Congratulations to the Wilmering Family!
A heartfelt thank you to the Wilmering Family for entrusting me with the sale of their home. From day one, I had a strong feeling that we would make a fantastic team, and I'm thrilled that our collaboration exceeded expectations.
Though they interviewed a few other Realtors, they ultimately chose me, and I'm truly honored. We had a blast throughout the entire process, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such wonderful clients.
My dedicated team pulled out all the stops to ensure their home shined bright. From painting inside and out to refinishing the original wood flooring, installing new lighting and outlets, and even remodeling a bathroomโwe left no stone unturned. Additionally, we tackled various repairs and enhancements, including fixing a broken window, replacing window screens, cleaning out the yard, and rebuilding the covered patio cover to perfection, complete with waterproofing, framing, siding, paint, and a ceiling fan.
Thanks to our collective efforts, the home was transformed into a turn-key property and sold for top dollar. It's a pleasure to announce that the Wilmering Family has embarked on an exciting journey across the globe to the Netherlands.
