Update on EB3 employment verification by USCIS(DHS):

USCIS may ask for proof of employment to verify if the EB3 visa sponsorship petitioner and workers are following the US immigration law after the worker starts to work at the employer.

If the worker doesn't start working with a sponsorship employer, consequences are on the worker, which may lead to revoking the visa sponsorship.

One of SeaBreezee members who successfully got an EB3 visa started to work this year.

USCIS sent the employer a letter requesting a copy of the most recent paystubs and other supporting documents to verify the employment with EB3 visa sponsorship.

Of course, our members follow the regulations to comply with US immigration law and to provide all proof and supporting documents from the employer by starting to work as soon as their work eligibility is granted.

As long as we are in the same boat, you will get where you want to be without an issue.
