We’re Hiring in Lo**ta, TX! – Manufacturing Operators

Spherion is looking for Production Line Operators to join a top manufacturing team in Lo**ta, TX. If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to work, we want to hear from you!

Here’s what you’ll do:
⚙️ Operate and monitor production equipment
⚙️ Follow instructions and production schedules
⚙️ Load machines and make sure everything runs smoothly
⚙️ Perform cleaning and quality checks on machinery

What you need:
✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent
✔️ Strong mechanical skills (previous operator experience is a plus!)
✔️ Comfortable using hand tools
✔️ Good at problem-solving, teamwork, and paying attention to detail
✔️ 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting

Job Details:
💲 Pay: $15–$17 per hour
🕒 Schedule: 12-hour shifts (36–48 hours/week)
📋 Job Type: Full-time
✅ Benefits: 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off

📍 Location: Lo**ta, TX
