We didn’t slow down for long—Laclede Industries jumped right back into action! Those almost 7 million eggs weren’t going to pop themselves 🥚💥
Even more exciting, we took on a new job and expanded our team! We’re incredibly grateful for every opportunity that allows us to grow and continue supporting our amazing differently, abled individuals.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Alicia Ward
Alicia is our superstar this month! She’s been with Laclede Industries since 2011—15 years of hard work, positive attitude, and dedication.
Alicia is often the first friendly face new employees see. She goes out of her way to help others feel comfortable and confident during their first days. Whether it’s a helping hand or a kind word, Alicia is always there.
We’re so proud of everything Alicia has accomplished and can’t wait to see what she does next!

⭐ Staff Spotlight: Aiden Green
This month’s shining star is Aiden!
Aiden has been a supervisor at the Conway Welcome Center for 3½ years. While he may be our youngest supervisor, his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and drive to succeed rival even the most experienced team members.
He’s built great relationships with guests and coworkers alike and has handled everything from everyday tasks to unexpected challenges with calm confidence.
We’re incredibly thankful for Aiden’s dedication and look forward to many more great years ahead!

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Deric Kimrey!
Deric keeps our outdoor jobs running smoothly and is always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed. Whether he’s covered in grass and sweat or dancing and singing to lift spirits on the production floor, he brings energy and positivity everywhere he goes.
He’s more than just a hardworking team member—he’s a true connector. From chatting about work to sharing conversations about food, hobbies, and life, Deric makes sure everyone feels seen and heard.
In fact, his passion for connection goes beyond the workplace—he even co-founded the nonprofit, Able & Thriving, that provides space for socializing, games. and life skills.
Seven years with Deric feels like so much more. We’re incredibly grateful for his dedication, joy, and heart. Here’s to many more years ahead!

This month, we’re celebrating Weston Alton, who will mark his 10-year anniversary with us this June! 🎉
Weston brings a one-of-a-kind personality and energy to the team. He’s always on time, always upbeat, and always ready to give his best. And let’s not forget his trusty sidekick—a lizard who occasionally makes appearances and keeps a watchful eye over the team!
Over the past decade, Weston has grown tremendously, becoming an essential part of our egg-popping squad. The progress he’s made has truly blown us away, and we couldn’t be prouder of the connections he continues to build every day.
