Seeking an employee and patient focused Regional Vice President or Director that has managed a a multi-location Home Healthcare Operation or Hospital-At-Home Division.

Must Have Home Health Leadership Experience

* Leads directly and indirectly more than 150 employees in several locations.
* Motivates and rewards employees.
* Manages Medicare and Long-Term Care process.
* Responsible for both the clinical and non-clinical operations utilizing direct reports.
* Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal laws surrounding home health, patient care and other applicable laws.
* Creates a safe, friendly and rewarding employee and patient experience.
Advocates on behalf of patients and patient's families

Qualifications
* BSN / MSN / MPH / MPT Type Degrees from accredited school or program required.
* Experience as Director Hospital at Home, or Director Home Healthcare.
* Must be eligible successfully pass all background and FBI checks.
* Three or more years of leadership experience in home health / patient care setting.
