"Nanny Bee, we're thinking about hiring a nanny, but I'm a stay-at-home mom and will be home most of the time. I'm worried my children will constantly come looking for me instead of listening to the nanny. How do we make this arrangement work?"

Nanny Bee's Answer:

This is actually more common than you might think! 💛

Having a parent home while a nanny is working can be a wonderful arrangement, but it does take a little teamwork!

Children naturally gravitate toward Mom or Dad when they know they're nearby. The key is helping them understand that even though you're home, the nanny is in charge during certain times.
