So… I guess you could say things went a little quiet over here for a bit 😅

If you’ve been wondering why there hasn’t been much movement well, life threw me a curveball and I spent the last few months dealing with some real-life consequences.

Not my proudest chapter… but definitely not my final one either.

And honestly? It reminded me exactly WHY I started Fair Chance Recruiting in the first place.

People make mistakes. Life happens. But that doesn’t mean your future is over.

I’m back, I’m focused, and I’m building this the right way because second chances aren’t just something I believe in… they’re something I’m living.
