Job boards were never built for you.
Indeed works great if you're hiring a cashier or a warehouse worker. People who are actively looking, applying, waiting.
Mechanics aren't doing that.
The A-Tech you need is already clocked in at someone else's shop. He's not on Indeed. He's not sending resumes. He's not looking at your posting.
You can't catch fish where there are no fish.
