Yard Switcher:
99% of equipment is containers (heavy doors). this is a physically demanding position. driver must be able to withstand the physical demands of a spotter in an industrial setting in good and bad weather. requires getting in & out of a spotter continuously for a 12hr shift, setting jack stands, and placing wheel chocks and driving over paved and unimproved surfaces. High standards of safety, personal appearance, adherence to all procedures, and prompt and courteous customer service are expected at all times. includes wearing of PPE, working alone as solo spotter, watching out for safety getting the job done daily. Weekly and quarterly safety incentives are available for the safety minded drivers with the right work ethic. online training is required upon hiring.

2nd shift switcher. 1800-0600 is the shift. Rotate on 2 week schedule for days worked: Week 1 = work Mon, Tue. OFF Wed, Thur. Work Fri Sat Sun. Week 2 = OFF Mon, Tue. Work Wed, Thur. OFF Fri, Sat, Sun. . This is 60hrs in week 1 and 24hrs in week 2 for an avg of 42hrs per week. $24/hr.
