This week we stopped by to drop off some sweet treats for the hotel teams who have been right alongside us on the 2026 UCI Paracycling World Championships. 🍩

When you're coordinating room blocks for national teams from dozens of countries, a lot has to go right behind the scenes. 💼

These partners have shown up every step of the way flexible, communicative, and genuinely invested in making this event a success!

From the first site check to the final send-off, our team at Touronimo was honored to support this client’s Executive Leadership Offsite from start to finish so leaders could focus on connection and strategy.

Over the course of the offsite, we coordinated:

• Pre-planning and site checks
• Hotel room blocks, reservations, meeting space, and on-site management
• Private dinners with curated presentations
• Team-building experiences and casual nights out with private concerts and pinball tournaments
• Coordinated transportation to keep everything moving smoothly
