Reliable Staffing is seeking qualified applicants to fill the position for a Commercial Lender in Gruene, San Antonio, Horseshoe Bay, Elgin, and Austin.
In this position, you will oversee and maintain relationships with local businesses seeking financial assistance for expansion or otherwise. Evaluating the terms of their loan and building partnerships to pursue and proposition other bank services.
Their key responsibilities include:
✅ A commercial lender provides financial loans to businesses for various purposes, such as expansion, equipment purchases, or real estate acquisition.
✅ They work for banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions and are responsible for assessing the borrower's creditworthiness, structuring the loan, and managing the loan throughout its term.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of loan processing, structuring, and closing procedures
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
