Reads a pressure gauge to identify drop and/or rise in pressure from water pump system.

Payroll & Time Processor (Hybrid remote work schedule)

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Assists with the administration, processing, disbursement and accounting for the company’s payroll in the United States and Canada.
• Performs the necessary processing within the payroll system of the company’s weekly, bi-weekly and off cycle payrolls as necessary.
• Works closely with the HR department to enter and maintain the employee records and other required information in the company’s payroll system.
• Maintains proper documentation of all employee data changes.
• Ensures proper submission of payroll to employees, taxes, garnishments, employee benefit payments and other payroll related items as required.
• Ensure proper functioning and operation of time management system including maintaining project and cost center listings and holiday calendars.
• Generate and submit required information to third party employee benefit providers.
• Assists internal and external auditors by providing documentation and/or information as required.
• Assists with year-end processing and validations.
• Prepares reports regarding compensation, employee expenses and other payroll related information as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:
