Job Overview:
Perform quality monitoring across GPS team for process compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Perform monitoring activities to identify quality inconsistencies, process gaps and trends. Meet daily, weekly and monthly monitoring goals
• Prepare a detailed and accurate executive summary of the evaluations conducted
• Develop reports and analysis highlighting daily, weekly and monthly trends
• Conduct RCA to isolate key analyst behavior for reinforcement or improvement
• Communicate data analysis results and escalate identified critical issues on a quality level; suggest improvement approaches
• Collaborate with GPS or other team to align on process issues identified during evaluation, case analysis
• Facilitate weekly and monthly preemptive meetings and calibration sessions with leads, process champions
• Facilitate huddles and roll out for new or updated processes
• Explore and drive process improvement plan
• Develop, implement and maintain GPS process documentation and quality-related training on topics to ensure process compliance, enhance performance and assure improvement
• Develop, implement and continuously improve on a QA process guideline to ensure compliance and incorporate any updates
• Plan and forecast QA team workload to ensure monitoring and other tasks are met in a timely manner
• Review daily, weekly and monthly reports for accuracy and address any variance/ discrepancies
• Assist in QA process metrics definition and ensure quality measures are aligned with SLA/ OLA
• Work with GPS team for process development and documentation
• Participate in onboarding a new GDC member
• Perform related duties as required
Essential Qualifications and Education:
• BSc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and other related fields
• Strong working experience as a senior quality analyst/ quality assurance (4-6 years exp)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office suite applications, preferably with advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot, Vlookup, Boolean, Conditional Formatting).
• Experience in TQM (Total Quality Management) tools, 8D Problem Solving, Lean Sigma
• Exposure to shared services, BPO, ITO, HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Innovation Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
• Familiarity with Agile methodology or other project management practices
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Taleo / PeopleSoft or similar ATS/HRIS knowledge
• Familiarity with ticket management system/ ticket tool (SNOW)
• Ability to conduct training
