Patriot Staffing – Account Executive/Sales Manager

Patriot Staffing is growing and looking for someone to help build & run their Houston Office.

Job Description:
Ability to lead and motivate Recruiters and Account Executives/Sales Teams
Hold Recruiters accountable for achieving their KPIs and Goals
Identify new Companies that should be working with Patriot Staffing
Hire & Train recruiters
Create strategic territory plans
Maintain relationships with active accounts
Implement sales strategies to achieve high performance results.
Maintain and build client base through sales calls and other means of communication.
Triage workload and use of available resources.
Ability to work independently

Requirements:
At least one year of sales experience in Staffing Industry
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn is preferred)
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills (metric driven)
Bachelor’s Degree is required

Pay – Base Salary of $60,000 with on target earnings of $130,000, plus accelerators for first year
Benefits – Roth IRA, Health Insurance, Dental, cell phone allowance, work laptop, expense account, two weeks paid vacation
Open to relocation!!!
