Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Are you a compassionate, skilled nurse ready to make a real difference? HJ Staffing is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide complex vocational nursing care for our residents in Corpus Christi, TX. Working under the supervision of the Unit RN and Unit Nurse Manager, you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality, hands-on care.

This is an immediate-start, 24-week minimum contract position with competitive scheduling!

⏰ SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1 Position)
Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (2 Positions)
(Rotational Pattern: Every 3rd weekend off)

THE ROLE AT GLANCE:
* Location: Vernon State Hospital (4730 College Drive, Vernon, TX 76384)
* Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and every other Wednesday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
* Tentative Start Date: November 2, 2026 (commences upon completion of compliance & clearance)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Deliver comprehensive routine and non-routine dental care to facility patients.
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation for all treatments.
* Ensure strict adherence to Joint Commission, CMS, VSH, and HHSC guidelines.
*
WHAT YOU BRING:
* Active, unrestricted Texas Dental License (TDLR/TSBDE).
* Current AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
* Willingness to complete standard HHSC onboarding (fingerprinting, background checks, drug screening, and immunization compliance).
