Fortuna is looking for Remote Medicare Call Center Agents to join their team!

💼 Position: Remote Medicare Call Center Agent
💰 Pay: $18/hour
📍 Remote — BUT you must live within 100 miles of Sacramento, CA
🗓️ Monday–Friday
⏰ 8:00 AM–5:00 PM OR 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
📞 Phone-based position — no email or chat interaction with members/providers

📋 REQUIREMENTS

✅ Call center experience
✅ Must reside within 100 miles of West Sacramento, CA
✅ Must be comfortable working in a high-volume inbound phone environment
✅ Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
✅ Must pass a typing assessment with at least 30 WPM and 95% accuracy
✅ If remote technical/internet issues prevent you from working, you may be required to report to the Sacramento office

🎓 PAID TRAINING

Starting November 2nd, selected candidates will receive:

7 WEEKS OF PAID REMOTE TRAINING
📅 Monday–Friday
