We're supporting an industry leader in high voltage electrical services, testing, maintenance, and repair with a Field Service Specialist opportunity that will be servicing the Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia markets. The position will require individuals to perform services in a variety of environments including data centers, substations, heavy manufacturing facilities, utilities, wastewater treatment plants, refineries, hospitals, etc. Expected overnight travel is around 20% annually to assist on larger nationwide projects from time-to-time or for training at the corporate facility. Ideal candidate will have experience installing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, etc. low & medium voltage switchgear.


Position Details:
📍 - daily field work in the Baltimore, DC, and Northern Virginia area
☑ - heavy data center work
🕖 - typically 7am to 3:30pm, but hours fluctuate as service work dictates
💲 - $35 - $60/hr depending on experience

Preferred Experience/Certifications:
☑ - NETA Level 2 or higher is a huge plus
☑ - Previous experience from Naval Nuclear Training, Army Prime Power or similar
☑ - 3+ years experience with medium voltage switchgear in a data center environment.

We're supporting a growing machine shop with a Lead QC Inspector opportunity. This contract-to-hire position will provide critical quality leadership to a team of inspectors and must be highly proficient in GD&T inspection, read & interpret blueprints or engineered drawings, ISO procedures, be able to write procedures, have experience and training in lean manufacturing, and be able train new inspectors when needed. This position will require hands-on inspection work about 30-40% of the time and the rest will be reviewing NCR's, writing/editing procedures, documentation, audit readiness and compliance, etc.

This position would be focused on an assigned territory where they would be responsible for sales efforts including cold calls, in-person sales meetings, quoting, responding to RFI/RFQ/RFPs, developing client relationships, sales growth within existing and future clients, etc. Looking for an experienced sales person with at least 2-3 years of previous power industry sales experience in one or more of the areas mentioned.
