Something I like to tell all my players who train with me…
“Practice makes PERMANENT.”
Practice does not make perfect. If you practice perfectly wrong all the time the results will be just as you practice them. ❌
But if you practice the right way, slowly at first and then build up your speed and confidence, you will have good behaviors! ✅

They trained alongside me today to experience what an ex-collegiate player might do in the offseason to keep themselves sharp.
Young athletes spend a lot of time in front of screens instead of using valuable time to hone skills and get ahead of their competitors.
