We're Hiring: Executive Administrative Assistant

Flat Fee Recruiting is seeking an exceptional Executive Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client in Greenville, SC.

This is more than an administrative role. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who can serve as a trusted partner to the Executive Director by managing priorities, coordinating communications, and helping move the organization's mission forward.

Position Highlights:
• Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Salary: $45,000
• 80% Employer-Paid Health Insurance
• 18 Days PTO, Major Holidays, and Christmas/New Year Break
• Monthly Insurance & Technology Reimbursement
• Optional 401(k)
• Direct-Hire Position

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, exercises excellent judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
