Reliable Staffing is seeking qualified EXPERIENCED applicants to fill the position of a Branch Banking Manager/President or Commercial Lender.
Bank Manager/President- oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch location and work to maintain and develop relations within the community. A banking branch president is responsible for the overall performance and operations of a specific branch. Key responsibilities include:
✅ Leading and motivating staff, Managing the branch's financial performance, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
✅ Play a crucial role in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve the branch's goals.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of lending experience in a financial institution, 2+ years in management role
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory standards for financial institutions
• Background in real estate lending or transactions REQUIRED
Commercial Lender - oversee and maintain relationships with local businesses seeking financial assistance for expansion or otherwise. Evaluating the terms of their loan and building partnerships to pursue and proposition other bank services. Key responsibilities include:
✅ A commercial lender provides financial loans to businesses for various purposes, such as expansion, equipment purchases, or real estate acquisition.
✅ They work for banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions and are responsible for assessing the borrower's creditworthiness, structuring the loan, and managing the loan throughout its term.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field
