This is a networking non-profit service I provide to shops, piercers, artists, owners, and etc. I've been doing this so far as just a hobby because its fun to me. I have a few shops that I cater to at the moment but am willing to take on more. I do initial checks of their work, phone interviews, and work with your schedule to setup their interviews in person. I don't like sending someone an artist
who has scratch work, no experience in a shop, or has stolen someone else's work unless the shop just doesn't care. Trust me, I have had desperate requests although I don't like to as I said send someone a potential employee who has shotty work and I wouldn't trust to get near my own skin but everyone has to start somewhere. If any of your pictures go on my site for publicity or in my contest each week they WILL be embossed with your logo, name, or shop name so that they cannot be stolen easily at all. I will get references on candidates if needed and call their previous employers also if need be. I have reputable shops I recruit for and will not tarnish my own good name by giving you less than what you ask for unless you are flexible in your requests. I accept applications (messages from potential hires) and will only place them in the area they are comfortable with or even able to travel to for that matter. I can setup guest spots as well but prefer not to since I'm not the shop owner. As far as piercers. I prefer APP members but will accept apps from potential apprentices as well. FYI I will not distribute Shop Names on the site to avoid favoritism. When you ask about an area for a potential job in a shop I will provide the name of the shop or a list of shops closest to you.
