We're looking for someone who knows QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise inside and out, understands full-cycle bookkeeping, and takes pride in keeping financial records accurate, organized, and audit-ready. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day accounting operations while helping improve processes and embrace automation.

Hot take: "Operator" might be the least useful word in manufacturing hiring.

It covers everything from loading material to running statistical process control. And as reshoring brings new equipment online, the gap between those two jobs keeps growing.
