That's how many hours Snelling associates worked in 2025. Roughly 75,000 people, with workers' comp, payroll taxes, and liability all covered by Snelling.

At that scale, safety can't be something we check on once a year.
So we built it into the routine:

✅ Monthly branch safety culture training
✅ Quarterly risk training
✅ Light Duty and Return-to-Work programs

And it's paying off. OSHA incidents are trending down in Q1 2026 compared with 2025.

When our clients bring on a staffing partner and our employees go to work on-site, both are trusting us with more than headcounts and paychecks. They're trusting us with risk and safety.

We take that seriously.

Hot take: "Operator" might be the least useful word in manufacturing hiring.

It covers everything from loading material to running statistical process control. And as reshoring brings new equipment online, the gap between those two jobs keeps growing.

That's a real problem for expansion plans. You can buy the production cell. You can't buy people who already know how to run it. And if the job title is all a recruiter has to go on, the wrong candidates show up.

The fix is a skills-based profile. It spells out what the role requires:

🛠️ Equipment, tools, and materials
📄 Reading, measurement, and documentation needs
✨ Quality decisions the person can make alone
💬 How much troubleshooting is expected

This isn't extra paperwork. It's what makes everything else faster. The Economic Development Administration's Good Jobs Challenge has funded sector partnerships with a target of 53,000 placements. Those partnerships work because employers, educators, and staffing partners agree on one definition of the skills a job needs.

Celebrating Jacqui Lyle & Her Next Chapter

Today is a bittersweet day here at Snelling Staffing of Fort Smith as we celebrate our Operations Manager of nearly 6½ years, Jacqui Lyle, as she begins an exciting new chapter.

While we are incredibly excited for Jacqui and the opportunity ahead of her, there is no question that she will be deeply missed by our team, our clients, our job seekers, and the community she has cared so deeply about serving.

Jacqui has been so much more than an Operations Manager. She has been a leader, mentor, problem-solver, teammate, and friend, and she has played an incredible role in shaping the Snelling team and the culture we are so proud of today.

In reflecting on her time with Snelling, Jacqui shared that this has been a place where she has been “challenged, trusted, stretched, encouraged, and given opportunities to grow.” But what means the most to us is what she said next:

“But more importantly, it gave me people I will genuinely miss.”

Jacqui, that feeling is very much mutual.

You have been there through the long days, the crazy days, the celebrations, the challenges, and all the little moments in between. You have brought incredible guidance to our team, an unwavering commitment to the people we serve, and, of course, an impeccable wardrobe that kept the rest of us on our toes.

You have been one of the building bricks of this business, helping create the foundation, relationships, and culture that make Snelling so special.

As you said so perfectly:

“I’m proud of what we accomplished together, grateful for the memories we made, and so thankful that this isn’t really goodbye — I’m just no longer going to be answering the phone when payroll breaks.” 😂

And while someone else may have to figure out what to do when payroll breaks, one thing will never change:

You will always have a family here at Snelling.

Thank you, Jacqui, for nearly 6½ years of dedication, leadership, laughter, compassion, and heart. Thank you for everything you have poured into this team and the people we serve.

We are going to miss you tremendously, but we are so proud of you and excited to see what this next chapter brings.
