NOW CASTING: Budtender (Retail + Manufacturing Support)
Protocol Staffing is searching for a charismatic Budtender who understands that serving cannabis is part education, part storytelling, and very much a live performance.
This role is for someone who can light up the room, think fast on their feet, and still keep every detail tight behind the scenes. You’ll be engaging customers, guiding them through products with personal insight, and seamlessly shifting gears to ensure every order is accurate, compliant, and dialed in.
In this role, you will:
• Command the sales floor with confidence, warmth, and personality
• Turn cannabis education into an engaging, memorable experience
• Sample a wide variety of products (where legally permitted) and translate those experiences into authentic, descriptive recommendations
• Effortlessly juggle conversation while reviewing system orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Stay sharp and composed during high-volume moments
• Support cannabis manufacturing, packaging, and prep when off the floor
• Learn the full operation from front-of-house performance to back-of-house precision

📍 Location: Farmington, New Mexico
🕒 Schedule: 20 hours per week with the opportunity for more hours based on performance
