Taking the leap to start my own recruiting firm was equal parts thrilling and terrifying 😅. Like so many entrepreneurs, I hoped I was making the right move—but of course, there were moments of doubt.

Starting a business is never easy.
Starting a business in the summer with kids home?
Now that’s a special kind of chaos. ☀️👩‍👧‍👦💻

Between snack requests, sibling battles and the occasional call with background screaming (thank you, mute button), I’ve been building something I’m really proud of.

Being a mom and an entrepreneur at the same time has taught me more about patience, resilience and creativity than any business book ever could. I’ve learned to embrace the noise, the unpredictability and the beautiful mess of it all.

To all the moms out there juggling client calls and the constant "MOM!", deadlines and nap times—you’re not alone, and you’re doing an amazing job.

This season may be loud, sticky and exhausting—but it’s also full of joy, laughter and growth. For our kids and for us. 💪💛

And with all of that being said, bring on August 19 🎒 🤣
