Ambassador Personnel is hiring for a variety of opportunities in Alma, GA, including Production Workers, Night Shift Sanitation Workers, Quality Control Technicians, and Machine Operators! As a Production Worker, you may be assigned to areas such as stacking, grading, washing lugs, ingredient filling, packing, material building, or quality control. Responsibilities vary by assignment and may include preparing cartons, packing and inspecting products, measuring and adding ingredients, operating box machinery, stacking finished materials, and maintaining production flow. Previous food production experience is helpful but not required. Candidates should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, working in cold temperatures, lifting up to 30 pounds regularly, and following food safety, HACCP, GMP, CCP, and PPE requirements.
Our Night Shift Sanitation Workers are responsible for keeping the food production facility clean, safe, and sanitary. Duties include foaming and scrubbing floors, equipment, and production machines, cleaning drains, refilling foot bath sanitizer, removing trash, and completing required sanitation duties. This is a physically demanding role in a cold and wet environment, requiring dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods. Previous sanitation, food production, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
We’re also seeking Quality Control Technicians to help ensure products and production processes meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. QC Technicians will inspect products, monitor production processes and Critical Control Points, perform ongoing quality checks, maintain accurate documentation, and follow HACCP, GMP, and food safety requirements. Candidates must have a resume with 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a cold production environment.
For those with manufacturing experience, our Machine Operator positions offer 1st shift, 12-hour shifts, weekends off, and overtime opportunities. Machine Operators will operate and monitor production machinery, set up and adjust equipment, load materials, inspect products, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, complete production paperwork, and maintain a clean and safe work area. Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred, along with reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.
