We are looking for Bilingual Recruiters to join our Team. Bilingual Recruiters (Spanish/English) responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to candidates, communicating with applicants in both languages (English/Spanish), interviewing and/or assessing candidates to ensure a good fit and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process and support hiring managers.

Responsibilities
Work with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role
Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through social media and job board sites and professional contacts
Identify various sources of candidates, including international organizations at colleges, professional groups and ex-pat communities
Publish job ads to job boards and social media groups
Screen applicants through phone interviews
Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs
Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Accurately maintain employee files
Skills
Previous experience as a recruiter, experience as a bilingual recruiter preferred
High volume Light Industrial recruiting experience preferred

High sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast- paced environment
Strong motivation for personal success.
Strong computer skills including MS office, Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, candidate sourcing tools, job sites and promotion tactics. Avionte Classic or Bullhorn a plus!
Flexibility on work hours to accommodate client peak and production needs
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Valid Driver License
Written and verbal fluency in the required languages
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Multitasking capabilities
Strong organizational skills
