Our client is in need of an Administrative Assistant to provide support for their Dallas Location.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer phones on a multiline phone and transfer to the appropriate destination, or take and relay messages.

• Greet and direct customers, clients, business associates, and guests to the office while maintaining security.

• Manage calendars, including the scheduling of all appointments and meetings.

• Organize monthly inter-office celebrations and company lunches.

• Act as Safety Coordinator by monitoring first aid kits and performing monthly AED checks, etc.

• Maintain tidy and stocked office completing regular supply orders.

• Route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail, email, memos, logging all received vendor orders.

• Provide basic administrative assistance, which may include: data entry, copying, filing, and recordkeeping.

• Manage time effectively and demonstrate a punctual and professional demeanor.

REQUIREMENTS
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.

• Effective time management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to adapt easily to shifting job tasks.

• Able to work independently, identifying opportunities for improvement and assuming responsibility.

• Able to work well under pressure and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
