Do your finances make you stressed? Are you looking for a part time gig? Or, are you an employer who needs reliable workers to show up at a pay rate your business can afford? Is understaffing causing your company to lose money or is it just impacting your service? Our team created an easy-to-use freelancer website/app that lets anyone create an online profile and use their skills to create the lifestyle they want. Companies can also hire quick temporary gig workers. Using it is easy. Freelancers create profiles, list skills, certifications, portfolio pictures and days of availability. An employer creates a profile and starts posting temporary gig shifts. That's when the magic happens, both sides meet, agree on pay, day and the freelancer is hired. The gig is worked and the freelancer is paid immediately. Freelancers don't have the constraints of regular employment. Employers don't have to worry about payroll and HR expenses. Days no longer repeat themselves but each day is an adventure. You not only work when you want but imagine working where you want. Employers will have “excited to show up workers” when and where you need them. That's it, WORKiTS just “works”!
