💜 Community is about showing up, even when you can't be there in person. 🦬

Yesterday, while our team was serving a catering event, our hearts were with the Sunset High School Bisonettes & Belles at their fundraising car wash.

A special thank you to ABC Party Headquarters for generously hosting the fundraiser at their family-owned business. Their continued support of local students is a wonderful example of what community is all about. 🎈 🪅

Although we couldn't attend, we still wanted to be part of supporting these incredible young ladies & especially our beautiful niece, Ariana Garcia.

That's why LaTinas Tacos will be donating 10% of the profits from yesterday's catering event to help support their program. If anyone is interested in matching my donation, please send me a DM. 🤞🏼🫶🏼

Yay!! ☀️ Another successful summer event with our friends at Rock Brook! We've had the privilege of catering their summer gathering for the past few years, and they're always so warm and welcoming.

Despite this Texas heat, my team crushed it! 🌮💪

One of the biggest compliments we can receive is when guest(s) come back for seconds of our rice and beans 🥹 and we had several do just that today!

And our surprise hit of the day? 🍉 That Yellow Watermelon Agua Fresca! It was a happy accident that guests (and myself) absolutely loved, so it officially earned a spot on our menu.

Thank you, Rock Brook, for trusting LaTinas Tacos year after year. We can't wait to see you again!!

There's nothing better than giving back to those who give back. ❤️

We were honored to donate breakfast tacos to the participantIrving Caresar's Irving Cares Sporting Clay Tournament, helping kick off a day dedicated to raising funds for an incredible organization that supports Irving families in need.

🌶️ Homemade Salsa Verde

Hello everyone. We want to announce our new weekly hours of operation at Exxon. We will now be open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 11am-8:30pm.

The economy has been a little tough to navigate in our industry lately. We’ve seen many fellow food truck and restaurant owners forced to close up shop in the past year. We love serving our community and this change will help us continue to do that.

We are fighters and will continue to face all obstacles in order to weather this storm until we can be back to normal hours of service.

In the meantime we will start offering fun and delicious new menu items on a regular basis. We always appreciate any and all catering referrals as that will definitely help us continue to serve our wonderful community.

Our hearts are with everyone affected by yesterday's devastating fire in Oak Cliff.

Today, we lift up in prayer the families, businesses, neighbors, and first responders impacted by this tragedy. We cannot imagine the heartbreak, uncertainty, and loss that many are experiencing, but we want you to know that you are not alone.
In difficult moments like these, we are reminded of the strength, resilience, and compassion that make our community so special. We have seen time and time again how neighbors come together to support one another, and we know that spirit will shine through once again.

We are deeply grateful to the firefighters, police officers, emergency personnel, and volunteers who responded with courage and selflessness.

As we continue to learn how this tragedy has affected our community, please know that our thoughts, prayers, and hearts are with everyone impacted. May God bring comfort to those who are hurting, strength to those facing the days ahead, and hope in the midst of such a difficult time

If anyone knows of verified relief efforts or families in need, please share them below so our community can come together and support one another.

Today at the Dallas Mavericks headquarters, we were hired to serve 225 guests, and it was nothing short of beautiful. What started as an organized, smooth morning had its hiccups BUT we turned them into moments of strength, and a 5 star ex*****on.
What hiccups? We saw them as opportunities to pivot and adjust, all while keeping our energy positive and our ex*****on exceptional.
My mom was my MVP, standing strong and carried me the whole way. Carmen reminded me, as she always does, that words carry weight and we should use them with intention. She keeps me focused on being intentional with everything. My daughter may not be in the photo, but her presence and quiet support are always with me, carrying my vision further than I ever imagined. Your efforts today were critical to our success. And Veronica—desde el primer día que nos conocimos en la cocina—you filled the room with love and joy. Thank you for your patience, kitchen lingo and all the tips/tricks Now I can make my own Mexican chocolate brownies.
Together, we laughed, pivoted, and adjusted with grace. The energy was love, pure and simple, and it showed in every plate we served.
From my heart to yours—gracias. Today was unforgettable. Some of my favorite girls.
