Fire Safety, but make it fun! 🚒🔥

We had an amazing time teaching fire safety to the kids at summer camp! From learning how to stay safe in an emergency to practicing how to stay LOW in a smoke-filled room, the energy, questions, and excitement made this presentation one to remember. ❤️

We love creating fun, engaging, age-appropriate fire safety experiences for youth programs, schools, camps, churches, and community groups.

If you’re looking to bring a fire safety presentation to your organization or event, we’d love to connect! Email us at [email protected] for more information.

Celebrate smart this Independence Day! 🇺🇸

🎆Leave the fireworks to the pros—public displays are safer, bigger, and better.

🚫The City of Dallas prohibits the use, selling, or possession of fireworks. Violators can face penalties up to $2,000 per offense.

🔥Keep your grill at least 10 feet away from your home, deck railings, fences, and anything that can burn. Keep children and pets at least 3 feet away from the grilling area. Clean grease and fat buildup from the grill and grease tray before cooking to help prevent flare-ups. NEVER leave it unattended.

🌊Never leave children unattended in or near the water, even for a few seconds. Designate a responsible Water Watcher—constant supervision saves lives.

📞🚒 Call 911 for fires, injuries, medical emergencies, or any situation where lives or property are in immediate danger. Call 311 to report the use of illegal fireworks.

❤️ Help us keep you, your family, and our first responders safe this Fourth of July holiday. A few simple choices can make all the difference. Stay aware, look out for one another, and let’s make this holiday memorable for all the right reasons.

07/01/2026

With the 4th of July ahead of us, please be reminded that using, selling, or possessing fireworks within city limits can result
in citations up to $2,000 and confiscation. 🎆🚫

In addition to fines, fireworks can cause serious injuries, fires, and property damage—putting families, neighborhoods, and first responders at risk.

Celebrate safely by attending a professional fireworks display and helping keep our community safe. 🇺🇸❤️

On June 5th, our Public Education Team proudly attended Dallas Police Department’s National Gun Violence Awareness event.

While supporting this important community initiative, our team shared valuable fire safety information and resources with attendees. Safety extends beyond emergencies—we encourage everyone to practice safe habits at home, in their neighborhoods, and in every aspect of daily life.

Building a safer community takes all of us working together. We care about the well-being of our residents and remain committed to education, prevention, and public safety. ❤️🚔🚨🚒
