We are averaging right at 50 new starts per week across the country on jobsites from Arizona to Maryland and it’s the demand for our skilled tradesmen and women isn’t slowing down anytime soon.

This post is to encourage young people to pursue a career in the skilled trades!

We have a young man who has completed welding school and reluctantly hired in as a material handler at $22 an hour.

Because of his work ethic and relentless pursuit of proving to our client that he is reliable, trainable, and trusted… he just received a $4 an hour raise and a spot in their company when he completes his 90 days with us.

Not many people get to walk right into their dream job. The way of life in this country for most successful people, is to earn it through hard work and to show up each day with a positive attitude and stay consistent.

If you’re interested in the trades—there is a spot for you. If you think you know someone interested in the trades, send them our way. We have a great gateway to get them positions at the top contractors in the country.
