AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

Do you want to get out of your existing independent shop due to lack of work or poor management, or the Dealership environment performing Warranty repairs? Do you enjoy producing high quality work you can be proud of? We are an extremely busy independent repair shop with two locations, servicing European Auto customers only. Due to increased customer demand we are happy to announce the need for a lead Technician.

If you are highly experienced in the European Import arena and looking for a shop to call home as a lead technician come join our team. We have developed a pay plan linked to your ability and performance. If you can produce the high quality work we are seeking, we offer above average compensation. If you are a bright energetic career motivated person with a great attitude, WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU.

We offer:
* Five day work week - 8am to 5pm.
* Two modern state of the art shops servicing European Autos only, with the latest diagnostic equipment on the market, and new Hunter Alignment Machines.
* Vacation Pay

* Health insurance

Qualified candidates should have the following:
* Great, can do attitude a must.
* Minimum 5+ years experience in European automotive repair and service.
* Able to read wiring diagrams and have good computer diagnostic skills.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Must have valid drivers license with clean record.
* Must have own tools.
* Good communication and writing skills.
* Creative and able to improvise while working on vehicles, with good problem solving skills
* Able to work as part of a team.

We have opportunities for two Technicians preferably with Mini Cooper and/or BMW experience.

We offer flexible work days and more work than you can handle due to aggressive internet marketing campaigns. Excellent base pay with attainable production incentives. Five day work week – 8am to 5pm. Two modern state of the art shops servicing Mini Coopers and BMW’s only, with most recent diagnostic equipment available, as well as new Hunter Alignment Machines.
