Outreach Sales Representative (Part-time)

Come join a young dynamic team as an O.S.P at Employer Interview, video interview services. We are seeking a seasoned energetic self-starter for our Orange County area.

Description:

Working with the Operations Manager of Employer Interview you will be responsible for cold calling/walk-ins, attending job fairs, seminars and workshops to generate leads for the Account Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identifying potential new clients
• Cold calls/walk-ins (generated lists provided)
• Generating new leads
• Maintaining a good understanding of clients
• General administrative duties
• Attending job fairs, seminars and workshops

Qualifications:
• Some understanding of the Human Resources (HR)
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
• A pleasant phone voice with strong sales skills

Outreach Sales Representative are required to have direct experience of working in related role and need to able to demonstrate a good understanding of the job and an enthusiasm for working for the client in whatever capacity needed.
