Penmac Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing client in Heber Springs, AR. Machine Operation experience in a manufacturing setting is required.

Great opportunity to work 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and off the rest of the week.

Machine Operator Responsibilities
- Operate machines to support daily production goals
- Load and unload parts from machinery
- Perform deburring and basic finishing tasks
- Inspect parts using measuring tools and visual checks

Schedule and Pay for Machine Operators
-Pay: $17.00 per hour (entry-level)
- Weekend shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM or 6:30 PM–6:30 AM
- Work 36 hours, paid for 40 hours
- Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to be hired on by the client

Welder Fabricator – Night Shift | Heber Springs, AR
Pay: $22.00–$23.00 per hour | Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM

Penmac Staffing is hiring an experienced Welder Fabricator for a manufacturing facility in Heber Springs, AR. This full-time night shift role offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to work on industrial components used in water treatment systems. If you take pride in precision work and safe practices, this Welder Fabricator position may be a great fit for you.

Requirements for the Welder Fabricator
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- ASME experience required, including ability to follow code procedures
- Experience with TIG, FCAW, SMAW, or similar welding processes
- Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
- Must pass weld testing and radiograph requirements
- Must be willing to submit to required screenings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Welder Fabricator Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and determine layout, fit-up, and welding methods
- Set up and align components for fabrication
- Perform welding in multiple positions using manual or semi-automatic equipment
- Operate grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools
- Inspect welds and finished surfaces for quality and defects
- Assist in fabricating vessels, piping, and structural components
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
