Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a long-term career? Penmac Staffing is seeking dependable 2nd shift Forklift Drivers with production experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a local manufacturing facility in the Conway area.

Qualified candidates should be able to:
- Safely operate a rider-type industrial forklift
- Use a handheld scanner to accurately move and track inventory
- Follow warehouse and production procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and accuracy
- Meet physical requirements, including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
- Previous forklift experience is required.
- Follow all safety policies and workplace procedures.

As a Forklift Driver / Production Worker, you will be responsible for moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and positioning materials throughout the facility. Daily duties may include:
- Operating a rider-type industrial forklift
- Picking up, moving, placing, and positioning materials
- Scanning products with a handheld scanner to ensure inventory accuracy
- Verifying product locations and barcode tags
- Loading, unloading, or restacking materials as needed
- Supporting production and warehouse operations to keep workflow moving efficiently

Schedule and Pay
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Temp-to-hire opportunity

Requirements
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience
- At least 1 year verifiable box truck driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
- Pull, pack, and stage orders for customers
